WEATHER CHECK:


If the weather looks doubtful:


• Check your text messages and answer phone on the day as we may have tried to contact you to cancel the activity.


• If in doubt phone the shop the day before 09 422 6925 or on the morning of your booking to confirm that the weather is suitable and safe for your dive/snorkel experience. 


• Like us on Facebook for daily weather updates.  

CANCELATION POLICY:


We have a very fair policy as we understand that circumstances can change. 
If you cancel:


• 48 hours prior to your booking, there is no charge.


• 24 hours prior to your booking 50% of the total.


• On the day (beginning 12 am) or if you do not show up. 100% of the total.


• Your safety is our highest priority if we cancel due to weather or ocean conditions you can rebook for another suitable time and date. This call is made by us as we have several years of experience.   


Goat Island Dive & Snorkel LTD reserves the right to cancel at any time before or during the activity. This may be due to adverse weather condition making it unsafe to enter/stay in the water.


MEDICAL CONDITIONS.


If you have any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect your ability in the water, please consult with your physician before attending. You can also give us a call if you have any questions regarding any conditions. Please fill out any medical concerns you may have in the special requirements tab when making your booking.



MARINE RESERVE.


Please follow all rules and regulations of the Goat Island Marine Reserve. 


• No harming any life (this includes Sea Urchins and Shells).


• No taking anything (except rubbish) All shells and living organisms must be left at the reserve.


• No feeding the fish

We may take images throughout or tours and publish these on our social media platforms. This also means you can get images of your self from these platforms and use them for personal use. If you like you are able to opt-out of this, just let
